My Approach
My core approach is person-centred, and I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit each individual or situation. These include CBT, solution-focused therapy, NLP, and other therapeutic techniques informed by my training and professional experience.
Alongside my individual counselling work, I also offer gentle couples counselling, supporting partners to talk, listen and better understand one another in a calm and respectful setting.
My background as a highly experienced social worker brings a strong understanding of safeguarding, neurodiversity, trauma, discrimination and the wider systems that affect people’s lives.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental and respectful space
